"Better to be lucky than good." -- my personal physician
I watched it this morning, she was fantastic. I can remember feeling bad for her back in the nineties and defending her in conversations. All I could think of was how embarrassing it must be to have such intimate details being picked over by all and sundry, as opposed to it simply being understood that she and Clinton had had an affair. And while she looked great, I gather what happened has cast a long shadow over her life.
This video seems pertinent: a disturbing look at what mistaking sex for love means.https://youtu.be/XgeKHTcufLY
I used to like this blog but since forney it's gone down. The fire is no longer there and it's sad that he's won.
LOL. Fair enough. "The way to survive the internet is to just talk about ice cream and cats." -- Jon Ronson
If he 'won' it was a pyrrhic victory, have you seen his blog of late? In between plugs for various supplements there are tumbleweeds blowing through it. He even tried reposting his 'Virginia's Secret Garden' for a while but no one cared. I've even stopped hate reading his articles on Return of Kings, it's just the same stale note over and over, while the ones for Reaxxion sound so dull. A pity as I used to get a good laugh out of him.
Ha, I checked his blog (for the first time in forever), and you're right! Those Redpillians sure do love their supplements, don't they? I remember a lot of them used to advocate taking artificial testosterone supplements for pretty much everything that might ail a man, and many of them were big on nootropics (ie so-called "smart drugs") too. I wonder how many of the supplements they're taking are simply ones to provide their bodies with all the nutrients that they're probably not getting from the almighty paleo diet they all seem to be following. Oh well, compared with some of the crap they do, shilling for supplement manufacturers is probably pretty harmless!
The messed up thing about "supplemental" testosterone, as understand it, is that one's body responds by shutting down the production of natural testosterone, and it's often a permanent shutdown. Aside from the fact that no one knows what the long-term effects of supplemental testosterone are, that fact alone makes it super messed up that they're so quick to evangelize "low-T" for routine midlife angst like.... "I'm married with three kids at home and my sex life isn't like it was when I was a 25 year old newlywed.""I'm forty and I'm eating the same... but putting on fat all of a sudden! What's up with that?!" "I've been working 60 hours a week for the last five years. Can't remember when my last vacation was. I feel really stressed out and unfocused all the time."YEAH BRO THAT SOUNDS LIKE LOW T Dumbasses.
I see roosh gets a lot of criticism for promoting conservative values but then sleeping with lots of women. However he's been clear that he's been driven to this kind of behavior by what gets results in the real world. Perhaps we should be making more ofan effort to understand this
I've read his self pitying blog post 'You Did This To Me', and it comes across that he's trying to play the victim and dodge taking responsibility for his own choices, the very thing he accuses everyone else of doing. He shouldn't try to have it both ways, either his way of life is wrong to him, in which case he should stop trying to sell it to other young men, or it's right and he shouldn't have to make excuses for it.
Understand what, exactly? A man-child sleeping around whenever possible? And complaining about the immorality of others? There is nothing to understand. That kind of sexual opportunism combined with hypocrisy is as old as the world. He does it because he can (when he can) while simultaneously shifting the responsibility for his immoral behavior on others, hoping that no one will notice (and his blind followers don't).
But are the current cultural norms leading to this behavior. Is roosh merely using what works as sad as that might sound. Would he have been happier fifty years ago without the choice?
And yet....it doesn't work for him, does it? Roosh doesn't do very well in industrialized nations.
It certainly does not. Did you hear about him going onto the Dr Oz show to talk about fat shaming, and getting his ass handed to him? According to his latest blog post, his butt got thoroughly hurt. Poor guy just wants to create a society where men can be free to scream insults at fat women in public, and mean ole Dr Oz went and called him screwed up. Poor, poor, Roosh.
Do you not count eastern Europe as industrialized?
Nope. And yeah, I've got friends and family from the area. It might not be politically correct to say so, but, no, it's not on par with western industrialized countries.
If red pill/game was a way of dealing with a culture of independant women, then Roosh would be in poosy paradise just travelling to New York. Plenty of model/hb 10's there. Or L.A. Plenty of aspiring actress/ model types in that area. But that ain't gonna happen any time soon, unless he's going to write, "Don't Bang" books. Financially depressed areas and women are more Roosh's speed. Which kind of begs the question. Does game entice these women, or his citizenship? What's next? How to bang the homeless?
Apparently there is game advice out there to bang the homeless. We hunted the mammoth did a piece on it.
Ironically, someone doxxed dox-happy JBhttp://avoiceforcreepymen.blogspot.com/p/updates-new-cyberstalkings-by-avfm.html
